Metal spinning with hand quality
Pressing is a forming operation that is used exclusively to produce turned wooden bodies. In this process, blanks (flat, usually circular sheet metal blanks) are formed into circular or oval hollow bodies, whereby the blank is clamped between the spinning chuck and the attachment.
Through the rotation of the working spindle and the punctiform application of force by the spinning tools, the blank is gradually brought from the flat shape into the final shape.
